A Date...

after an hour on the driving range, a dip in the pool and a workout in the gym, shyana and colin were too exhausted to do anything else that had to use excessive muscles. shayna slumped onto a lounge chair by the poolside and tried to catch her breath. everything was just too fast and she was actually having fun!

"are you gamed for more activities?" colin asked, after he came out of the shower, looking all smart and suave in his polo tee and jeans. he looked so clean, so handsome, so.. what was shayna thinking! she was actually going gaga over this guy whom she wasn't suppose to like in the first place!
"i dun think so. i'm really quite tired from all the fun. really like to slow down the pace a little." she finally replied after collecting back her thoughts.
colin smiled back at her sweetly. gawd. he looked so good. "hmm, alright. why not we just go for a quiet, slow dinner?"
"that sounds good."
"so what kind of food do you wanna eat?"
"you mean i get to choose?"
"of course! just name me any cuisine you have in mind." colin assured her.
shayna thought for awhile and decided to make stuff a little fun and challenging for colin.
"well, i feel like having a mix of everything... you know, variety! oh and dun forget tons of desserts!" she said with her eyebrows raised a little, a little tinkle in her eyes..
colin frowned at firs then thought for a while. shayna statred ot wonder if she was a little too hard on him but before she oculd say anything to retract her demand, colin smiled back.
"i know just the place you would love. come follow me!" he said, taking her by the hand.
shayna was a little stunned. he'd actually make it happen?

colin led her down the huge corridors of the club, past the golden statues guarding the grand ballrooms and through grand doors. finally, he stopped at one of the rooms.
"wait here. i'll be right back!" he said as he disappeared behind the doors.
shayna sighed as she crossed her arms across her chest and tapped her feet.
finally after 10 minutes, colin emerged form the doors and smiled at her.
"what's going on colin?" shayna asked.
"come on. let's go somewhere else. this is the wrong place." colin said, taking her by the hand again.she gave him a wry look.
"please?" colin pleaded with those puppy dog eyes. shayna finally agreed and followed him.
finally he led her into the grand ballroom nearby and when he swung open the doors, there was just a table set and candles dimly lit, a romantic dinner for 2 obviously. shayna's jaw felt like dropping.
they were ushered to the table and colin felt that shayna's face warmed a little. she was flushing.
"this is just the beginning," colin commented, giving her a little wink.
