It's hard to say it...

"timmy, i think you better go see my parents. i'll stay here with lyss for awhile," shayna suggested. timothy nodded and headed up the lift. they needed some time to talk things though.
"lyss what happened?"
alyssa wiped her tears and then answered, "tyler and i aren't getting married. he's going back today."
shayna gasped, "what? what happened?"
alyssa leant back against the chair, "colin's here. apparantly tyler sumggled him in just to see you..." alyssa noticed shayna went silent and she immediately knew something was up.

"... you saw him. did you?!" alyssa spat. shayna started to look guilty and nodded. alyssa rolled her eyes and slammed her palm on the armrest.
"great... just great... and you didn't tell me anything?"
shayna grew quiet, "i'm sorry... we just met once last night..."
"and?" alyssa asked.
"we... we..."
"what?" alyssa asked, her tone gets angry as she spoke. shayna bit her lip. that was all alyssa need to know when shayna did it.
"how could you do this to timothy? he loves you so much and you just had a one night stand with colin?"
shayna interrupted, "i know things went a little outta hand but it's over isn't it? can you tell me what happened to colin and tyler?"

alyssa sighed, "colin came down to meet us when we're about to wait up for you and timothy. he pulled tyler aside and told him some stuff then tyler came and told me that colin had some problems back home and he had to leave london today."
shayna started to grow concerned. it must be something really important.
"lyss is colin and tyler still in the hotel? i need to speak with them," shayna asked.
"shay, i don't think you should..."
"... please lyss. it's important. colin's still important to me, even though i try not to think of it but he still is."
alyssa sighed, "are you gonna leave me here?"
shayna shook her head, "you are coming with me. you need to talk to tyler. i know how he feels. colin and him go back a long way and if colin is in trouble, tyler would want to be there. like i would forsake anything just to help you."
alyssa nodded and the girls headed up to colin's room.

timothy knocked on the door and waited for shayna'a parents to open the door.
"hi uncle. hi auntie," he said.
"oh timothy, come in. where's shayna?" mr. fong asked.
"she's talking to alyssa downstairs. i think something happened and alyssa's crying," timothy said.
"gosh i hope she is alright," mrs. fong said. timothy came into the room and sat down with shayna'a parents for a cup of tea.
"so i guess today's outing would be out then. i was so looking forward to visit more places," mr. fong said.
timothy smiled, "it's alright we can still go hang out. besides, i think alyssa needs shayna to be by her side."
mrs. fong awwed. "you are such a a sweetie. now i know why shayna is so fond of you," she commented.

mr. fong nodded, "so timothy, don't mind me asking you but what do you think of shayna?"
"i think she's the only girl i can think of spending my whole life with."
mrs. fong laughed, "those are big words to fill, timothy."
timothy nodded, "i know but i am being honest to not only my heart but to her. i know i shouldn't be the one telling you this but i guess since you raise up this topic, i guess it would be alright if i said it instead of shayna."
"what is it timothy?" mr. fong asked.
timothy took in a deep breath and replied, "i proposed to shayna this morning."
mrs. fong gasped in excitement, "really! she agreed?" timothy nodded and shayna's parents started to smile with glee.

"but please don't say anything to shayna. i guess she wants to be the one to tell the both of you. please," timothy asked.
"oh don't worry. we'll know what to do," mr. fong said to timothy before turning to his wife, "this is awesome! my precious getting married!"
timothy wondered if he had made a mistake telling shayna's parents.

they knocked on the door. "colin?" shayna called. then the door swung open, colin stood there without a smile on his face. he looked tired, miserable... and it hurt shayna's heart.
"where's tyler?" alyssa asked.
"he's gone back to your room to get his stuff," he said. before shayna could say anything, alyssa rushed back down to find tyler. that left shayna and colin just looking at each other.

"well... i heard something major happened," shayna said.
"oh.. it's, well... nothing," colin said as he ushered her in. this time, shayna saw a room that was really messy and so unlike his personality. she knew that he was very upset and troubled.
"tell me what's wrong," she said, "maybe i can help. did something happen to colby? or uncle?"
colin shook his head, "it's none of the above. i just need to settle some company problems. i left without settling some stuff and my father is pretty angry."
shayna nodded. "well, make yourself comfortable while i pack my stuff alright?" timothy said.
she looked around the room and found a copy of the newspaper from back home. she pulled it out and was shocked when she saw the headlines:

"Young Preganant Nurse Suing Millionaire". it had lila and colin's pictures splashed all over. she didn't need to read the whole article to know what happened.
"you made lila pregnant?" shayna asked, obviously pissed off. timothy turned and noticed the newspaper in her hands. he should have kept it properly.

"shay... i can explain... lila and i..."
"... you don't need to explain! it's so clear to me! you keep messing up with other girls and then come back to me. i'm not your backup!" shayna spat.
"it's not like that! i love you shay..." colin said.
shayna raised up her hands and stopped him from continuing.
"stop it colin. i have heard enough lies from you. i don't know why i am this gullible to fall for your lies time and time again. why do i have to fall in love with you?" shayna started to cry.
colin wanted to walk over and explain himself but shayna backed away.
"please colin. just go... i have decided to... marry timothy..." she started to tear. her heart was so broken now. all she wanted to do was to return to her safety net, timothy leong.

"shay, don't do this to me.. don't do this to us... give me time to settle things with lila and...we could start something," colin said.
"it has to end here colin," she said and let herself out the door.
