One Man's Love Is Another's Lonliness

megan lay on the bed alone. she has been trying her best to let colin have his own life outside of her. but she was not used to it. she was suffering from cold turkey. she had to see him and with him not coming home almost every other night is worrying. could he be with shayna or with other women? megan's mind just travelled to outer space and back.

she evied her own life. her boyfriend was successful and rich. they lived together in an awesome apartment and they were in love... did she just used the word were?! god. she just wanted to kill herself. no matter how many times she stared at that bedroom door, it was still closed, no colin. she was realistically alone. she looked at the old pictures with them in it. why has he become so distant? so far away?

megan just felt rejected... and alone on that bed of theirs.

it was soon morning. birds were just chirping outside her window. shayna never realised that there were birds outside her window until now. maybe they were there to tell her how great her life had turn out to be. there shayna was, staring out the window in her bed beside the man that she liked a lot and vice versa. he was still sound asleep.

poor thing. he must be really tired of all that kissing, laughing and talking. shayna thought to herself. she snuggled right down beside him and closed her eyes. she just felt nothing more than bliss.

she did have work in the afternoon but all she wanted to do now was to enjoy the moment with colin before he wakes up and realises that he had to be at work. but just before she could get that thought out of her mind, colin grumbled a little and his eyes peered open.

"gosh it's morning?" he asked, still sounding a little sleepy.
"yes it is," shayna replied, kissing him.
"good. let's just sleep in more," colin said, placing his arm around her and pulling her in.
"no. you have work to report to," shayna reminded him. as much as she didn't want the moment to end, they still had to get back to reality.

"just five more minutes?" colin begged.
"and just why should i give you that five more minutes?" shayna asked.
"well..." colin thought for a while, "cos i think i'm falling for you."

shayna blushed. she just felt that she had scored another point with colin.
"well, for that answer you get ten minutes," she answered and kissed him again.
